What can I do to prepare for real estate photos?

Don’t worry, we’re quick! You’ll receive your beautiful photos the very next day.
🎥 What about my video?
You’ll get your amazing video within two days, following the shoot.
⏰ Need your photos ASAP?
No problem! Just let us know if you need expedited service, and we’ll check our availability to see what’s possible.
📅 How long should I set aside for the shoot?
It entirely depends on the package you order, but please allow at least 60 minutes for our base-level photoshoot.
🏠 Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Not at all! We’re pros at shooting unoccupied homes. If you won’t be there, simply provide the lockbox code when booking.
☔ What if it rains on the day of the shoot?
We’ll do our best to keep things on schedule. If weather prevents exterior or aerial shots, we’ll arrange a time to return ASAP. Plus, we offer complimentary blue sky replacements for all photo shoots!
🚗 What if I’m not located in Nashville?
No worries! We’re happy to travel within a 30-mile radius around 37201. If you’re farther away, just let us know, and we’ll work something out.
